April 2002 - Atari XE

The famous end of  8 bits line Atari XE knows 4 brothers. The 65xe, 130xe, 800xe and the videogame machine System XE are quite cool, despite their little innovation. There are still some questions about them. You can discover our research and even help us to know them better. These pages are in french but there are many pictures and technical specifications files.

Nos têtes sont biens protégées

Our helmet were very usefull. After a big explosion in Toulouse, Silicium is prepared for earthshake. We have moved from July to October. We now have to arrange thing. The library has to be reinstalled, as the photo studio and the workbench.

A new column, The Game&Watch. Do you remember the days of the old school ? you used to play them a lot.

Silicium gets its domain name Silicium.org, thank to Netsud. Medialogic has the mirror site.

September 1998
A new column, the Best of Des Jeux. There you will find many games that we loved. You can also participate.

Le catalogue est presque fini. Il reste quelques compatibles pécés à formaliser mais vu le peu d'intérêt que nous avons sur ces machines, ça risque de traîner un peu. Quelques axes que nous allons suivre dans nos développement du Oueb :

  • Plus de détails sur les machines : nous avons une présentation succincte; nous allons rajouter : des photos de périphériques intéressant, les tripes des bécanes, les schémas électroniques, câblage. Toute information sera bienvenue
  • Un émulateur par machine : pour chaque machine, nous proposerons un émulateur, dans la mesure ou il y en a un.
  • Mise à jour des bases : bibliothèques, logithèque. Avec un accès en requête sur les base de donnée.

Le catalogue est quasiment complet. Toutes les nouveautés sont dans la liste, mais les fiches sont plus faites plus tard. Les caractéristiques des machines sont assez difficiles à trouver. Nous en cherchons sur le oueb, mais il y a avec souvent de grosses erreurs. Nous invitons l'aimable surfeur à nous communiquer les fautes et les manques qu'il trouvera dans nos pages.

Il manque pas mal de photos que nous devons prendre de tout ce beau matériel stocké pour la plupart dans nos caves. Nous nous y employons et l'ensemble des pièces devrait être dans la boite d'ici à la fin du siècle. Nous voulons remplacer toutes les photos en noir et blanc, issues de l'édition papier du catalogue.
