La page "Calculator Benchmark" (cf http://www.hpmuseum.org/cgi-sys/cgiwrap ... i?read=700) , par ailleurs tout à fait passionnante, cite des pockets "boostés", au hasard un pc-1402 en Turbo x2.1. Est-ce que quelqu'un connaît les manips pour mettre ces turbos sur nos machines préférées ?

C'est facile : il suffit simplement de changer le quartz de la bestiole.
Les problemes alors sont :

- plus de connections possible avec les imprimantes comme la CE-126P
- Lecture des cassettes enregistrees precedement plus possible

I have added the accelerated versions out of curiosity only. As destroyedlolo already mentioned, on some systems the higher speed causes some disadvantages but not on all calculators.
The method of acceleration depends on the hardware. Some examples:
HP-15C: capacitor
HP-42S: quartz
TI-66: resistor
PC-1402: ceramic resonator
FX-880P: ceramic resonator or quartz

Thank you all for your answers.
Honestly I'm not planning to do it in the near future (there are plenty of fast emulators if I ever happen to need having some particular program execute faster). However I'm interested to know how it can be done and I'm especially surprised not to find any web site dedicated to that kind of change.
